R.E.A.L. Girls Empowerment

recognized . embraced . accepted . loved

R.E.A.L. Girls Empowerment is a coaching and mentoring program for elementary thru high school girls that provide support services and activities that create life management skills that girls need for healthy maturation and development and to help give them a sense of empowerment, self-esteem, loyalty, respect for themselves and others, a sense of self-worth and the opportunity to reach her unique, highest potential. We do this by providing various workshops, leadership training, social skills training and community services projects.

Some of our program activities include arts and crafts, dance & movement, fitness, discussion, writing, vision boards, life mapping and goals setting strategies, group activities, skits, games, meditation, guest speakers, parent and youth activities & workshops, and a variety of other fun activities. Participants will be guided to develop tools to successfully navigate through issues every girl faces today.

In addition to working with parents, we partner with community businesses and organizations, to broaden exposure and experienced-based learning opportunities.

The mission of this program is to help build future leaders, entrepreneurs and positive role models who in turn will value the importance of giving back to others effortlessly.

Our Core values for this program targets:

 Academic Achievement (transitional coaching, academic literacy and study skills)

 Social Skills (Inside/Out Beauty & Self-Esteem, Etiquette, Responsibility & Respect, Body Knowledge & Respect, Wellness & Hygiene, Saying No!, Effective Communication Skills, Peer Pressure, Conflict Resolution, Bullying, and Anti-violence)

 Leadership Skills (Group Projects and Team Building Skills)

 Mentoring & Coaching (School-based, One-on-One and Group Activities)

The goal is to teach girls to develop inner strength, character and skills that it takes to mature into confident, graceful young women as well as true leaders.
