Policies & Procedures


Blessings Beauty Center desires to create a safe and relaxing environment. Specific policies and procedures may be implemented that are non-negotiable; so that our clients can be assured that they are treated fairly and respectfully.

 Scheduling: Please do not schedule appointments you cannot keep.   You must call 8 hours in advance prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel. A 24 hour notice is appreciated. The late cancellation fee is $25 for standard services and the No Show fee is $45. For an appointment that’s scheduled for a block of 3 hours or more such as sewn extensions will be a $35 Late Cancellation fee and a $65 NO Show fee. The salon will not reschedule your appointment until the fee is paid. 
Clients that are on time are priority. We are sorry, but if you are late you must wait. This includes clients that arrive before or after you. If you think you may be running late, please call and confirm that your appointment time is still available.
 
Payments: I request that payments for all services, products and procedures be paid at time/date of visit. Blessings Beauty Center gratefully accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Personal checks can be accepted with a $3 fee added to your total. Any returned check will incur a fee of $30. Accepting checks is at the stylists' discretion. On extensive services &/or treatments (i.e. extensions), we can discuss the option of a payment schedule.   
 
Client Information: It is important that client records are kept and updated with current and accurate information. Please provide us with all necessary information requested to prove you are a client and have had services rendered at our salon. In the future if your mailing or email address or any phone number has changed, please inform us so that your file is updated. In the event of any emergency, we may need to contact someone for you. Please provide the required emergency contact information. Indicate any adverse reactions to chemicals, cosmetics &/or allergies, medical conditions, etc. we should be aware of. This information is vital to your safety in our salon.

We take our services rendered very seriously. Therefore we expect policies and procedures to be regarded in the same manner. All information is held in strict confidence. All clients will be informed of the condition, quality, any disorders and/or damage found in their hair or scalp (if any), in addition to any haircare regimens the stylist recommends. Blessings Beauty Center as a whole or in part, will not be responsible or liable if you choose not to adhere to these recommendations or acknowledge the analysis and condition of your hair and scalp. We will not be held responsible or liable when clients choose to use products or have hair services rendered outside of our salon. We Do Not use products that are brought in by clients.

All client information and service procedures are confidential and/or private. Only clients who are being serviced are allowed in the service area. Please respect the privacy of other clients while they are being serviced. 
 
Discount Programs, Promotional Certificates/Contests, Coupons, Savings Vouchers, Website Specials etc., cannot be used in conjunction with each other or for prior purchases or services rendered. A certificate, coupon, voucher etc., must be presented before the expiration date. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen certificates, coupons, etc. The restrictions do not include purchased gift certificates. Please check website for online specials.
 
All policies and procedures are established at the discretion of Blessings Beauty Center and subject to change without notice. Our salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone,
 
Blessings Beauty Center knows your time is valuable, and we will do our best to handle ALL haircare appointments in a timely manner, but we WILL NOT compromise quality for the sake of time. Extra steps must be taken in order to achieve or maintain healthy hair. In short, we are NOT an “in-and-out” salon. Therefore, we are aware that our establishment may not be for everyone.
